Ledgerline Cloud is hosted project tracking and documentation, built on the open source Ledgerline core. It is operated by Yusuf Choudhury.

Self-hosting the open source core is free. Hosting is £49 a month for up to 10 users and includes no AI.

Private AI is £12 per user a month with a 3 seat minimum, and includes 500 AI actions per user each month on our smaller model.

Agent API actions are 2p each, including AI actions on our smaller model. AI actions on the larger model are 25p each.

Enterprise starts from £1,350 a month and starts with the contact form. It is not sold through checkout.

Prices are in GBP. The hard cap is on by default. It refuses extra actions, and it refuses AI usage until you set a budget or turn the cap off.

You need an account to pay. You are responsible for the people you invite into a workspace.

Payments are taken by Stripe in GBP. A subscription renews each month until you cancel from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Metered usage that has already been reported is still payable.

This software build refuses live Stripe keys. A deployment that is still on test keys cannot take a live card.

Do not misuse the service, read another workspace, or try to change the audit log. The audit log is append only.

The service is an alpha. Features are still being added.

Nothing on this page limits a right that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
